Oasis Centre Renews Strategic Focus to Reward Loyal Customers
Oasis Centre, Dubai's friendliest mall, today announced the launch of its brand new initiative to offer double points to members of Shukran, Landmark Group's customer loyalty initiative, on purchases made at all partner outlets within the mall.
Commencing on 1 August, 2011, this initiative by Oasis Centre is in accordance with the mall's new strategic outlook, to engage customers more actively through direct channels, in addition to the conventional events and promotional route.
The exclusive tie-up with Shukran is the first in a series of similar initiatives by the mall, through which it endeavours to reach its loyal customers.
Neelesh Bhatnagar, Director - Oasis Centre, said: "Being a community mall, Oasis Centre has always concentrated its efforts on reaching out to customers. This tie-up with Shukran is a very significant one because over 60 per cent of our shoppers are Shukran card-holders. Shukran has a member-base of over 800,000 active card-holders in the UAE and its partner outlets include Home Centre, Babyshop, Max, Splash, Shoe Mart, Koton, New Look, Q Home Décor and many others, which are amongst the anchor stores at the mall.

This tie-up will be fortified by adding a dedicated Shukran customer service desk in the ground level.
