Carluccio's toast the New Year with their Inverno Promotion

  • Throughout the months of January and February, Carluccio's celebrates the winter season "Inverno" with weekly deli and restaurant specials, cooking sessions and seasonal dishes;
  • Offering layered flavours and rich sauces in the deli including pestos, sugos and fresh pasta
  • Weekly menu specials featuring rich and comforting food for the winter season
  • Cooking sessions with Chef Giulio - showing how to prepare simple but delicious Italian dishes.
  • Carluccio's caffè, restaurant and foodshop embraces the winter season with a celebration of rich and comforting foods. This year, Carluccio's Inverno range is about warm nurturing food with an emphasis on creating layers of flavour and the use of seasonal produce to create rich, comforting dishes.

    The winter celebration will come alive through in-store cooking demonstrations, tastings and special menus, with Carluccio's guests being taken on a culinary journey of some of Italy's most recognisable seasonal specialities.

    Join Chef Giulio on Saturday 16th Jan and Saturday 13th Feb. at 10:00am for the Inverno Cooking sessions. Giulio will cook speciality dishes such as chicken & lemon risotto and pasta e fagioli for you to taste, and hopefully be inspired to recreate these recipes at home. Classes cost AED 250 and spaces are limited.
