What were you doing before joining Landmark?
I was working as a Merchandising & Product Development Manager for Jones New York, Buying office in Sri Lanka.
Why did you join Landmark?
I wanted to gain experience in the Retail aspect of the garment business and also move out of Sri Lanka to start a family. The Landmark Group is known to the best Retail Company in the Middle East and the experience it offers is filled with hands on learning and team effort.
What does your current job involve?
I work as a Business Manager and my role involves Range Building, Planning, Buying, Merchandising and Retail coordination for Max.
What has been your best moment at Landmark so far?
The best moment was winning the 'Best Performing Department' Award for 3 years in a row. It always is a great feeling to be recognized and appreciated for working together as a team.
What is unique about Landmark as an organization?
